Welcome to We Travel Morocco. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://wetravelmorocco.com/ and any related pages, features, and content we make available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. About the Site

The Site provides travel-related information, inspiration, and other services concerning Morocco. Features, content, and availability may change from time to time.

Travel conditions, prices, schedules, entry requirements, health guidance, safety information, and third-party availability can change without notice. You are responsible for confirming important information with the relevant government authority, transport provider, accommodation provider, tour operator, or other service provider before making travel decisions.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, immigration, safety, or other professional advice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Site—including text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, logos, icons, designs, page layouts, software, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to We Travel Morocco and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. This permission does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Except as permitted by law or with our prior written approval, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Site content. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You may:

  • Browse and use the Site for personal, lawful travel research and planning.
  • Share links to publicly available Site pages.
  • Download or print limited portions of Site content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all ownership notices intact.

You may not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate against, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Submit content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, misleading, malicious, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, copy, or systematically collect Site content or user data by automated or manual means without our prior written permission.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access the Site in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our systems.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other material intended to disrupt or damage the Site.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, products, services, or terms. A link or reference does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party and may be governed by separate terms and policies. Please review them before completing a booking, purchase, or other transaction.

6. User-Generated Content

The Site may allow you to submit comments, reviews, photographs, messages, suggestions, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

When you submit User Content, you grant We Travel Morocco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our services, in any media, subject to applicable law. This license lasts for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including after removal where copies remain in backups, archives, or materials already produced.

You confirm that you own or have all rights and permissions needed to submit the User Content and grant this license, and that our permitted use will not violate another person’s rights or any law.

We are not required to publish or retain User Content. We may review, refuse, remove, or restrict it if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, or may harm users or the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, features, and services made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We Travel Morocco disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We also do not warrant that travel information or other Site content will always be complete, current, or accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Travel Morocco and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, cancellation, additional expense, or other damage caused by a third-party travel provider, third-party website, inaccurate or outdated third-party information, traveler conduct, weather, natural events, political conditions, border or visa decisions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded or fully limited, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to We Travel Morocco for use of the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unrestricted.

9. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We Travel Morocco and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful or improper use of the Site.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify any party for its own unlawful conduct or to the extent an indemnity is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and We Travel Morocco agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. A party initiating a dispute must send written notice describing the issue and the requested resolution. Notices to us should be sent to contact@wetravelmorocco.com. The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt an informal resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the courts located in [CITY, STATE/COUNTRY] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to These Terms

We Travel Morocco may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the Effective Date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and We Travel Morocco concerning use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement or additional terms expressly apply to a particular service.
